Alright, well I know you're supposed to eat 5 times a day in small servings--Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. Well, I have no time for breakfast or a before lunch snack. Does that mean I should eat more during my lunch or just forget about before lunch food?
Also, are you supposed to eat after a workout? I remember reading that you shouldn't eat one hour prior to a workout and one hour after a workout.

You don't have to eat a traditional breakfast for it to be considered breakfast. Just carry a fiber bar or something similar with you to eat in a hurry. That's what I usually have for breakfast and they are quite satisfying. Eating a larger 2nd meal would defeat the purpose of eating 5 small meals...just spread those meals out over the rest of the day.
