Does weight watchers really work?

Does weight watchers really work? by Jessica Rabbit

I am 19yrs old and currently 220lbs. I weighed 150 lbs when I started taking birth control. I am 5'5 and pretty curvy so 150 was the perfect weight for me. I have tried everything from exercise, diet's, diet pills, having my thyroid tested (results were normal) and have recently changed my prescription. I also just signed up for weight watchers and I really want to know if its going to work or am I going to get disappointed again?

Yes, Weight Watchers will really work if you stick to it. My wife lost 48 lbs very easily doing weight watchers and walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. She now weighs around 135. The good thing about the point system is that you can pretty much eat the foods that you love, you just have to eat less of it to maintain your daily point totals. You'll learn over time that by eating healthier, you will also fill fuller.
