I am 16, 6' 2", and 300 pounds.
I just started Weightwatchers last week...
I need to know how much exercise I'm supposed to be getting each day for my program; I could ask my meeting host, but I don't see her til next week.
And how much intensity am I supposed to be adding?

Just start off slowly doing only what you can handle and work your way up from there. My wife started off just walking on the treadmill 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes. Now she does 60-75 minutes a day plus other cardio and strength training. Your body will let you know what you can handle, don't overdue it as this will cause you to become discouraged and give up.
