I am just starting Weight Watchers so I am trying to get more fiber into my diet.

I wouldn't go so far as to use a fiber supplement. Just start paying attention to the fiber content in the product you buy. Usually you can get a whole days worth of fiber (25g for a women) very quickly just by eating some cereal, fruit and a fiber one bar. Be warned though, if your system is not used to allot of fiber, you may experience some discomfort and, uh.....gas. Good luck with the Weight Watchers!!
