Fruits is probably the best route to take but even then you may have to adjust the serving size to get the calories down. You can also apply that strategy to anything that you like to snack on. Remember, 1 bite tastes as good as 10...it's just a snack. My wife eats bite size candy bars, but even then she will stretch out one bar over a day, taking small bites to satisfy the craving.
